Hey, I've never been to an event like this and haven't had a chance to do much trail riding so I am wanting to know if I'll be the only one like that, so I find a different event, hit the trails more in advance, what do you suggest?
Ride on,
TaylorT

Hi Taylor,
Don't worry, you won't be the only new rider out there. We'll have clinics for beginners and the whole scene is very supportive. As you relax in the beer garden at night you'll be surrounded by tons of people willing to talk shop with you and offer tips and pointers. There are plenty of trails for new riders, so you won't be at a loss for where to ride.
So what do we suggest? We suggest you sign up today!
See you on the trails.

Hey there - I wonder if I should consider going in August? I'm an older Mtn Biker who loves to tiptoe down the McKenzie River trail? I;m not a speed demon nor very aggressive - just like to look at the scenary and enjoy the flats and downhills. Bet my daughter would love it - she's 18, would she have fun too?

You should definitely consider coming in August. MBO is very inclusive and perfect for riders of all skill levels. If you love to tiptoe down McKenzie, you'll find plenty of fun in Oakridge with us. An 18-year-old would have a good time too. There are other young adult riders and there's no shortage of activities.
